2-Ingredient Banana Chia Pudding
A super-quick, high-fibre pudding made with just two ingredients. The chia seeds soak up the naturally sweet Potina overnight and set into a spoonable pudding — great for breakfast or a lunchbox pot. From the Potina kitchen.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 125ml Potina Banana Oat Drink
- Fresh fruit, berries or nuts, to top (optional)
Method
- Mix. Add the chia seeds and Potina to a dish or jar and stir well.
- Rest and stir again. Leave for 10 minutes, then stir again to break up any clumps.
- Chill overnight. Cover and pop into the fridge overnight (or for at least 4 hours) until set.
- Top and enjoy. Top with fresh fruit, berries or nuts if you wish, and enjoy.
Tip
The second stir at 10 minutes is the secret to an even set. Keeps covered in the fridge for up to 3 days, so you can make a few jars at once.
