Banana Berry Breakfast Smoothie

Three ingredients, one blender, under a minute. Frozen berries make it thick and cold without ice, and the Potina does the creamy work that milk or yoghurt would normally do.

  1. Blend. Add the Potina, banana and frozen berries to a blender and blend for 30–60 seconds until completely smooth.
  2. Check and serve. If it’s too thick, add a splash more Potina and pulse again. Pour into glasses and serve straight away.

Tip

Freeze ripe bananas in chunks so you always have smoothie fuel ready — they blend creamier than fresh.
